Final Orientation Day

Today was a busy day. We learned about China's education system and practiced saying more Chinese phrases. We had an overview of the 5 cities that we will be visiting and got tips from a past participant. We also discussed the curriculum projects that will be due in November. I am going to focus on art and architecture. Our farewell banquet was at Su Hong Restaurant.
We leave tomorrow for Shanghai(12 hour flight!). I hope I can connect to the Internet in China.

Orientation

On Wednesday June 29 the Fulbright group flew to San Francisco to prepare for the China study/tour which begins July 2. We are staying at the Vallombrosacenter in Menlo Park, California.
